Any reference to a “partner” in relation to the Firm means one of its members or employees and does not indicate that any members, employees or consultants of the Firm are carrying on business in partnership.

3. Complaints

We hope that we can resolve any problems you may have, including any with your bill, informally and quickly. However if this is not possible you should in the first instance contact our head of compliance, Keith Lyall, by writing to our registered office address, or by telephone on 0121 260 0212, or by fax on 0121 260 0244 or by email. We promise to deal with your complaint openly and to keep you fully informed at all times.
