Documents required overseas usually need to be prepared or certified by a Notary Public. The authority and status of an English Notary is internationally recognised.
Requirements for the execution and legalisation of documents vary from country to country. Our experienced notaries (one of whom is an examiner for new notaries) can advise on the correct completion of personal, corporate and business documents to ensure that they are validly executed and effective in the destination country.
