Structured training and development support

The wide range and nature of our work and client base enables us to provide a wide variety of training opportunities. Our trainees take on significant personal responsibility at an early stage and unlike in many larger firms, you can make an important contribution to client matters very quickly.

All trainees are supervised by experienced lawyers who have themselves been trained in trainee management. We work in a close partnership with you in order that you can develop to your full legal and commercial potential and ultimately become a ‘well-rounded’ and capable lawyer.

We take on a large number of trainees for a firm of our size. This is part of our continuing commitment to growth through the recruitment of top quality graduates as trainees. Many of our current partners were trainees with the firm and we are looking to recruit the partners of the future now. You can be one of them.
