With 28 partners and more than 170 staff, the firm is large enough to afford quality training experience but small enough to enable trainees to get to know one another and their colleagues very quickly. You would not be one of hundreds of trainees - you are an individual and would be valued as such. In addition to be being assigned an individual mentor, (which helps a lot in the early weeks) we encourage our trainees to support one another and form strong friendships. 

As a member of our team you will be expected to “muck in” with the various events which the firm organises on behalf of its clients, its staff and the local community. There is a real sense of belonging and this approach means you will quickly get to know colleagues and clients across all the offices.
