Early Client Contact and Responsibility

The nature and size of our business means that you should expect to have exposure to clients at an early stage of your training.   Trainees quickly form relationships with clients in their own right and although carefully supervised, you will assume a degree of responsibility for many client matters which would not normally be afforded to you in a larger practice. 

It follows that our trainees learn to understand our business very quickly and are able to make a tangible and highly valued contribution to its success. This hands-on experience, backed up by high quality and informed supervision, provides real job satisfaction and a genuine sense of achievement which can be a great boost to a trainee’s confidence.
