The closing date for applications for 2010 entry is 30 June 2008, earlier admission dates are now fully subscribed.
Candidates are then shortlisted. As a part of the shortlisting process you might be asked to participate in a telephone discussion and/or be invited to an interview.
Shortlisted candidates are then invited to attend one of our assessment days, at which they are asked to participate in various individual and group exercises and are interviewed. The assessments are undertaken not by “graduate recruitment specialists”, but by several of the firms senior partners and function managers (HR, IT, Finance). The process is rigorous but it reflects the importance we attach to recruiting the right people– we don’t subcontract it. No psychometric testing is used.
