Social Housing Legal Update August 2008
The Housing and Regeneration Bill received Royal Assent on 22 July 2008 and contains wide ranging provisions for regulating social housing. Most importantly for Housing Management Litigation, the Act deals with the issue of tolerated trespassers and the introduction of family intervention tenancies.
