Needham & James LLP was first established in Birmingham in 1956 and has been a significant member of the West Midlands and Warwickshire legal and commercial world for many years. We were one of the first law firms in Europe to embrace computer technology.

We combine traditional values with a contemporary commercial outlook to provide high quality legal services to corporate and private clients.

We advise businesses, financial institutions, charities, the public sector and private clients on a wide range of legal issues, creating innovative and advantageous solutions based on our depth of knowledge and a keen appreciation of their individual circumstances.

Needham & James has over 170 employees made up of 84 fee earners, 28 of which are partners. We operate from four sites across the Midlands, Birmingham, Stratford upon Avon and the Cotswolds, namely Shipston on Stour and Moreton in Marsh.
