Needham & James became part of Shakespeare Putsman LLP on 1 July 2010 following a successful merger.  Shakespeare Putsman is one of the Midlands’ leading law firms serving a clients located in the Midlands and nationally.

Needham & James was first established in Birmingham in 1956 and has been a significant member of the West Midlands and Warwickshire legal and commercial world for many years. We were one of the first law firms in Europe to embrace computer technology.

We combine traditional values with a contemporary commercial outlook to provide high quality legal services to corporate and private clients.

We advise businesses, financial institutions, charities, the public sector and private clients on a wide range of legal issues, creating innovative and advantageous solutions based on our depth of knowledge and a keen appreciation of their individual circumstances.

We operate from four locations across the Midlands, Stratford upon Avon, Birmingham, Shipston on Stour and Moreton in Marsh.
